In practice
Custom software: what we build
Web applications and portals
Secure apps for your staff and your clients, with the roles, permissions and workflows your business actually uses.
Internal tools
Boards, queues, dashboards and forms that replace the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch.
Integrations
Connections between your accounting, CRM, email and industry systems, so data is entered once and flows where it is needed.
Modernization
Old systems rebuilt on a current stack in stages, without stopping the business while it happens.
A good fit when
- Part of the business runs on spreadsheets and email because no product fits.
- You pay for several tools and still re-type data between them.
- Your process is what sets you apart, and you do not want to give it up to fit a product.
- You want to own the software rather than rent it.
How an engagement runs
One week mapping the real workflow with your team, exceptions included. Two to three weeks proving one workflow on your own documents and systems, against an evaluation set agreed up front. Then the production build — integrations, permissions, monitoring and review points — shipped behind your authentication, in your cloud, and handed over with documentation and training.
We work on site with teams in North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Downtown Vancouver.

Questions we are asked
Is custom software worth it for a small business?
When the process is central to how you make money and no product fits it, usually yes — more so now that AI takes on work that used to need extra staff. When a product does fit, we will tell you to buy it.
How long does it take?
Weeks, not quarters, for a first working version of one workflow: about a week of workflow mapping, a proof built on your data in two to three weeks, then the production build sized to what the map showed.
Do you work with businesses outside Vancouver?
Yes. We are based in North Vancouver and work in person across the North Shore and Vancouver, and remotely with clients elsewhere.
What happens after launch?
Documentation, runbooks and training for your team, plus an ongoing loop that tunes the system as volume and edge cases grow.
