About us
Engineers who ship,
not a research lab
ITelligents was founded by engineers who had spent years building production software and kept seeing the same thing: teams drowning in work that a well-designed system could do, using tools that hadn't changed in a decade.
So we built one. RentFlow came out of firsthand frustration with property management software, and it taught us how AI behaves once real users and real money are attached to it — which exceptions matter, where a human has to stay in the loop, and what reliability actually costs.
That experience is what we bring to client work. We build AI software as operators who have to live with the result, not as a lab shipping demos.

Our office is in Lower Lonsdale, and the first week of every project is spent on site with your team.
